Vimeo owner Bending Spoons raised $1.68B by selling 58M shares at $29 each, valuing it at ~$18.4B, in one of the largest US IPOs by a European company in 2026

Bending Spoons SpA, which acquires struggling software businesses, and some of its backers raised $1.68 billion in a US initial public offering priced above a marketed range.
