GMKtec Evo-X3 review: Strix Halo in a brand new suit

GMKtec has radically remodeled its AMD Strix Halo flagship AI mini PC. The statuesque redesign looks more premium and stays cool and quiet, but the Evo-X3 is around twice the price of the Evo-X2, with the same chip, which we reviewed back in February.
