FTC Split Lets IonQ-SkyWater Quantum Deal Close Without Changes
IonQ Inc. will close its $1.8 billion acquisition of semiconductor foundry SkyWater Technology Inc. later this week after the Federal Trade Commission was unable to decide whether to impose conditions on the deal, according to people familiar with the matter.
