Ant Group Said to Sell 3% Paytm Stake in $309 Million Deal

Resilient Asset Management BV, controlled by Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma, on Tuesday sold a 3% stake in the Indian fintech for $309 million, according to a person familiar with the matter, who asked not to be identified.
